About the Coach

Based in the Channel Islands I have been coaching for a number of years having been a competitive rider on both the road and track. I've competed and medalled at elite national level, competed at the Commonwealth Games, I  am also a four times UCI World Masters Track Champion.
My coaching philosophy is an holistic approach: to understand what motivates a rider, their stress points, taking into account physical and emotional wellbeing in creating a training plan to suit their lifestyle.

“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together”
