Riders will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and a Rider Profile Form. In additional confirmation from your GP that you are physically fit to undertake performance training is required.
Riders will be required to produce proof of a cardiac screening with their GP before undertaking performance training.
An annual training plan is constructed with individualised daily training plans balanced with targeted races/sportives taking into account your lifestyle and time commitments. It is a flexible plan allowing for life's events that can occur in a busy schedule. A Training Peaks account is required linked to Plan2coach in Training Peaks. The rider purchases the Premium Account directly.
I will review your data a number of times during the week and will feedback providing you have uploaded data from which I can make an analysis. A rider is required to provide as much detail as possible post workouts within their account. Failure to do so results in no feedback from the coach. Communication is essential to create a good working relationship & you are encouraged to contact me via email or through your Training Peaks account to ensure we are working with the most up-to-date data.

Termination of the coaching agreement is two weeks notice from either party in writing or email.

This is a specific individualised coaching session available all year round. The rider and coach agree on on a suitable location for the skill or technique the rider wants to work on.

This format offers riders of any age and ability the opportunity to become more competent and more proficient at cycling and handling their bike in a variety of situations.
Sessions delivered at a location not provided by the client will incur a booking fee.
